Complete stone frontage with ornate arch Qty:   1 Price:   £30,000   This building was designed by renowned Birmingham architect Ewan Harper circa 1900, he was better known for designing the Central Methodist Hall in Birmingham (photo of large red building below).  The central component for sale is the lovely arch and frontage, built in top quality white Collingston stone, all handcarved. We also have several artic loads of stone windows and other components from this building, which are for sale with the frontage. The frontage was carefully labelled, mapped and dismantled with very little damage.  There is a fair bit of flexibility in using this frontage as there is a lot of additional faced stone, that can be used to modify shape and size of this lovely feature.  The handcarved stone plaque in the middle shows two beech trees and measures 54" x 54". Two mausoleums Qty:   1 Price:   £12,000 job lot   We have two 19th Century French mausoleums, in white limestone, similar to those shown in the photos.  More photos to follow.  There are some lovely architectural elements, and they would make either another mausoleum(s)? or a fantastic garden structure? Ornate stone pieces, gate posts? Qty:   1 Price:   £1200   These were described as gate posts when we bought them, but I think they are actually a stone frieze.  Could also be used to make legs for a stone table? Ref: AWB5

Marble arch Qty:   1 Price:   £300   Approximately 50" wide x 25" high.  With lovely bird motif either side. Ref: AWB6

Door overframe Qty:   1 Price:   £175   Pine with Gothic detailing.  One of the uprights is incomplete. 105" high x 42" wide. Ref: AWB7

19th century  stone relief surmount from Oxford University "Sapientia et Pelicitate, 1885" Qty:   1 Price:   £2,400   With scroll and floral detail, originally from Oxford University. Ref: AWB8

Lovely Bath stone ornate doorway originally from Oxford University Qty:   1 Price:   £9,950   Leafage detail below and pointed pediments above.  Originally from Oxford University, from the Physiology lab.  An amazing bit of history. Ref: AWB9

Door canopy and frame Qty:   1 Price:   £350   Overall 112" high.  Canopy is 63" at widest point, narrowing to 45".  Door is 81¾" high x 30" wide. Ref: AWB10

Frames from an old oak building Qty:   1 Price:   £2500 job lot   The photo shows the A frames from a complete old oak building (cart shed).  We have the rest of the frame, uprights etc (further photos to follow) Ref: AWB11

Antique cupola Qty:   1 Price:   £2000   Measures approximately 94" high x 45" wide.  19th century cupola.  It has a lead roof and oak frame with a zinc ventilator panel in the core.  The framework needs some attention - some pieces are detached (as shown in photo) but are still available. Reclaimed from Newtown in Wales. Ref: AWB12

Antique painted timber ceiling Qty:   1 Price:   £3400   Stunning colours and detail.  In three pieces.  Measures approximately 81¼" x 171".  Photos do not do this justice! Ref: AWB13

Spiral staircase and railings Qty:   1 Price:   £750   Each step is 82cm wide in total (75cm from centre hole to edge).  Each step has a rise of 18cm.   2 balusters per step. Gap between each of the balusters is 12cm.  Total height 252cm.  Also includes a quantity of railing each measuring around 4ft high. Ref: AS3

Spiral staircase from a railway station Qty:   1 Price:   £2200   Unusual staircase with double balusters per step made by Yate & Haywood London.  18 steps and landing plate.  37 balusters, pole and handrail.  Pole is 13ft high.  From the centre of pole to outside step is 25".  Steps are 11" wide and have a rise of 7¾".  2 balusters per step 5¼" interval, balusters are 32"-36" long. Oak staircase parts "Italianette" style Qty:   1 Price:   £1700 job lot   PiecThere are two pieces. Piece with two newel posts and short section of balustrade. Shorter post is 53½" high and the second post is 83½" high.  The gap between the posts is 24½", and there is a rise of approx 14" within the space between the posts.  The posts are 7" square, excluding the architrave. Victorian cast iron columns Qty:   10 Price:   £250 each for the 5 complete/longer ones and £125 each for the shorter/broken ones   The 5 long ones measure 11ft 7" high including the capital (capital detached for 4 of these). 131½" excluding the capitals. Bases are 8" square, the columns at the top are approximately 3½" diameter (excluding the caps). Various lengths of the broken ones, two at 103 inches, others shorter, suitable for either repairing or could be shortened down, should be fairly easy to repair as hollow inside. Ref: ACL6

Corbels

Set of arched pine frames and leaded glass panels Qty:   See below Price:   £4000 + VAT job lot   Perfect as a shop fitting or bar with shelves behind.  The glass panels were originally used with the arches and it was used as a screen.  The arches are double sided, one side has a sort of bead, the other has a smooth camber.  Each arch is 51" high (1.3m) and 68" high  (1.7m) (some longer) so total run of 25½ feet (7.8m).  We can supply additional timber to match to make shelves and a back if required. There is also a cabinet (bottom two photos) available (will sell separately) Ref: ASH1
